Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining, Roberto Kreimerman, said that during 2010 strengthened the National Directorate of Mines and Geology (DINAMIGE) both at the administrative level and at the level of control and inspection on work done, whether prospective exploration or exploitation.

The amendments were passed in the House of Representatives, but remains its passage by the Senate.

These amendments seek to give more assurances to society, improve and provide more information mining investment and what will be done at each stage, both technically and in terms of skilled personnel and investment.
