The heading of the agreement was made by the holder of the area of Mining, Jorge Mayoral, representing the Ministry of Federal Planning Office, and the president of the public mining company Mineral Water Reservoir interstate Dionysius (YMAD), Manuel Benitez in correlation with an agreement concluded in 2005.

Sanchez said the deal was based on studies of national mining agency on various parts of the country with potential gold resources to primary production.
